The change you seek in your community begins with you. We can work for greater equity in our schools and communities all day, but the job will be incomplete unless we also work on ourselves.
 

PDN+ is all about the inner work of equipping, empowering and engaging ourselves as parents, educators, and community members. Together, we'll dive into subject matter surrounding monthly themes related to diversity and life in general taking us on a journey that is equally exciting, challenging, and rewarding. There is no membership fee for the Parent Diversity Network, however PDN+ is a subscription based online platform providing...

PDN+ has its own private platform so while the design resembles elements of Facebook or Instagram you don’t have to worry about the distraction or drama of social media. We are excited about this new way to connect, learn, and grow together as we focus on the inner work!

Parent Diversity Network vs PDN+

While the Parent Diversity Network seeks to elevate awareness, advocacy, accountability, and collective action surrounding issues of diversity in our schools and communities, PDN+ is all about the inner work of equipping, empowering and engaging ourselves as parents, educators, and community members.

If PDN is the outer work, PDN+ is the inner work. If PDN is schoolwork, PDN+ is homework. Just as the with the Parent Diversity Network, PDN+ is upheld  by the four pillars of awareness, advocacy, accountability, and action. However in this space, those pillars are more inward facing as we equip, empower and engage ourselves toward personal growth regarding areas of diversity and life in general.

Sometimes it may seem like you're alone. From the confines of the bubble you live in, it appears you're not just different but weird! Please hear this. Are you ready? You ARE different. Heck, you may be weird too. But YOU ARE NOT ALONE. One thing everyone has in common is that we are all different!

PDN+ endeavors to be a space where people who look, live, love, think, believe and experience life differently can walk together seeking personal growth regarding areas of diversity and life in general. You are different, but you are not alone. We're all figuring it out together.
